Ashley Connor

Ashley Connor has been a part of CBRE’s research team since 2013. She is the team lead for Research in the Portland Oregon Market. Ms. Connor partners with leadership and professionals to align research initiatives with operational goals and objectives. Collaborates with local and national Research to continuously improve accuracy and speed of quarterly market reporting and identify emerging trends. Ms. Connor works side-by-side with Managing Directors, sales professionals, and market leaders to determine how best to achieve their strategic goals leveraging existing knowledge, identifying information gaps, incorporating relevant secondary research and conducting primary research.

Ms. Connor previously served as the Senior Retail Analyst for the CBRE Southern California region. In this role she provided comprehensive research, trend, and market analysis to real estate professionals throughout Southern California and assisted in and led local, regional, and national projects and reports. She was responsible for the retail quarterly report for Orange County, Greater Los Angeles, and the Inland Empire.”
