Professional Experience



Ben Caputo was born and raised in San Jose. Upon graduating from Archbishop Mitty High School, he attended Oregon State University where he received a degree in Economics. While at Oregon State, he was also a member of the University’s football team.

Ben brings over 18 years of commercial real estate expertise. Ben began his career working with Prologis, a publicly traded, multi-billion dollar Real Estate Investment Trust, where he was responsible for the marketing and leasing of a Two Million Square Foot portfolio in Fremont and Hayward.

As an agent with Colliers International in Sacramento for seven years, he successfully completed over 130 transactions, worth over $45 million in consideration and leased/sold over 1,700,000 square feet of space.

Since joining CBRE in January of 2011, Ben has completed over 300 transactions totaling over 2.5 million Square Feet.

Ben currently resides in Willow Glen with his wife Emily & his children Jake and Mia. He enjoys coaching, golfing, playing basketball, and working out.
