Bernard Antoine serves as the Director of Account Services for Global Corporate Service’s Central Division. This center of excellence role for corporate client accounts throughout the central United States and Canada focuses on driving innovation, collaboration, and consistency for the region, ensuring connection points and deployment between regional leadership, platform expertise, CBRE businesses and specialty resources for over 30 Fortune 100 client accounts across the Central Division of the GCS Americas portfolio.
With the ultimate goal of improving client satisfaction, delivering programmatic innovation, and driving cost and process efficiency, Bernard drives the creation of strategic programs to maximize account strategic planning, regional analytics and the leverage of best practices, processes and tools to support the operational excellence and innovation that underpins the value proposition of GCS to our Clients.
In his tenure with CBRE since 2003, Bernard has also served full-service financial institution partnerships including Royal Bank of Canada, Bank of America and American Express in strategy, communications, and analytics roles where he specialized in delivering CBRE platform solutions and initiatives to benefit corporate real estate organizations and on-account delivery teams.
Bernard came to CBRE with a marketing background having worked for Sponsorship, Development & Communications s.c. in Brussels and Indianapolis. Bernard’s program management role included serving clients such as Brown & Williamson Tobacco, FedEx, and Firestone. His focus was on the delivery of international media and hospitality events for the Formula 1 and CART racing series.
