Bertin’s depth of experience spans all product types including tenant and landlord representation for industrial, land, office and retail properties. He is a proven leader in client-centered services and prides himself in conducting business with respect, honesty and integrity. Additionally, Bertin has a tremendous ability to identify and understand the client’s needs and works diligently towards accomplishing their real estate goals.
Prior to joining CBRE, Bertin worked at Colliers International and Partners Global Corporate Real Estate where he spent 8 years representing clients such as National Bank, MacArthur Flower Shop, LeBlanc Maillet Inc, New Brunswick College of Pharmacist, Portfolio Development, CST Canada, Vital Air, Club Auto and Iron Mountain. .
