Bill Thompson has over thirty years of industrial sales and leasing experience in the Denver Metro area. During this time, Bill has consistently been one of only a handful of top producing industrial brokers in this market. Bill has been involved in 1,351 transactions, totaling over 43.1 million square feet, totaling over $1,311,400,159 in gross consideration. In 2011 and 2007, Bill was honored with the prestigious NAIOP Broker of the Year Award.
