Blair Greenberg has proven himself to be an effective Project Manager while serving Group Health Cooperative since 2010.  Focusing on collaboration, thorough planning, and strong communication, Blair has found success in executing a variety of improvement projects across different healthcare departments and facility types, including outpatient clinics, licensed hospitals, and class A high-rises.  

Both clients and colleagues see Blair as a trusted partner that can foster a project team to provide smarter solutions.  His log of project accomplishments include work with critical environments, tenant remodels, staff moves, HVAC overhauls, building automation improvements,  medical equipment installations, CCTV and security system replacements, and system furniture installations.

Major Assignments

  •  Renovated (4) imaging suites, including the installation of new digital radiography systems, structural support, and shielding updates 
  • 25-unit heat pump replacement/upgrade at a fully-occupied 21,00SF outpatient clinic.  Energy upgrades included high-efficiency ECM-driven heat pumps, updated DDC controls, and VFD-driven cooling loop pumps.  
  • Acted as tenant representation on a landlord-facilitated build-out and relocation of a 20,00SF behavioral health clinic in a class A downtown Seattle high-rise.
  • Whole-building lighting renovation with LED fixtures and wirelessly-integrated lighting control system at a 21,000SF medical center.  
  • Coordinated a 17,000 SF clinic relocation, consisting of 75 providers and staff, and vital equipment.
  • Collaborated with client IT team to design and construct a new server room within a research facility located on the 16th floor of commercial office tower.
