Blake started his career at CBRE in 2017 as a Sales Trainee. In this role he collected, analyzed, and prepared market data and activity. This market intelligence was then leveraged in pitches, business proposals, and listing information for senior brokers.
Prior to joining CBRE Office Leasing department, Blake completed the Professional Real Estate Program at BCIT. During this time Blake earned the position of Vice President of Operations for the BCIT Real Estate Association.
Since his promotion to the brokerage floor at CBRE, Blake has immersed himself in landlord and tenant representation. Building on an in-depth understanding of current market intelligence, he focuses on facilitating office growth in the suburban regions. Blake looks to bring his passion for diligent service, strong work-ethic, and core integrity to every business engagement. His goal is to create long-term clients and generate relationships based on the clear and measurable value he brings to each transaction.
