Professional Experience
Blake Woodward is a First Vice President of CBRE who has worked on the planning, development, leasing and sales of over eighty shopping centers in Southern California, comprising over eight million square feet. He currently represents several major shopping center owners, such as Shea Properties and Barings Realty Advisors (formerly Cornerstone Realty Advisors). Mr. Woodward has represented The Irvine Company, Shapell Industries and Richard O’Neill, three of the largest landowners in Southern California
Mr. Woodward has been instrumental in the design, planning and leasing of notable centers such as SeaCliff Shopping Center, Marketplace at Laguna Niguel, Plaza de La Paz, Lake Forest Corridor Center, The Arbor and Plaza Pacifica. In addition, he has worked on numerous neighborhood and convenience shopping centers. He has negotiated dozens of leases for restaurants, shops, financial institutionals, medical groups and fitness clubs. He is skilled at advising his clients in optimizing the success of their shopping centers through implementing strategic tenant mix plans, redevelopment and adding mixed use components.
