Professional Experience
Bob joined CB Richard Ellis when the company acquired Trammell Crow Company. He began his career with Trammell Crow in April 2001 as a Facility Manager on the Exxon Mobil account. His responsibilities included the re-imaging of service stations in the Tampa and Orlando markets. In December of 2002 he joined the Bank of America account as a Project Manager in the New Retail Store Program. In 2004 Bob transitioned to the Administration building portfolio project team. He has successfully executed numerous office environment realignments to accommodate the bank’s line of business expansions in Tampa. In addition, he relocated the Tampa Proof and Item Processing critical function as part of a larger strategic plan. Bob currently has rejoined the Retail Project Management Team as Sr. Project Manager working primarily on new store openings.
