A seasoned real estate professional, Brad has over 30 years of corporate real estate experience having worked extensively within the Industrial sector nationally, and internationally at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company as a Global Real Estate Manager. He has managed real estate portfolios with complex “one-off” assignments to large scale multi-property disposition programs for clients across the world. Brad’s ability to understand the nuances of complex industrial and flex building negotiations enables him to provide exceptional client outcomes. He has successfully negotiated more than 40 disposition sales in the first half of 2017 and more than 80 disposition projects over the last year.
