Brad Lyons is an Executive Vice President with CBRE’s National Retail Partners (NRP), specializing in Retail Investment sales in Denver, Colorado. His core focus is the strategic analysis, marketing and sale of Institutional class retail assets throughout the Rocky Mountain Region.

Brad works closely with NRP professionals nationwide to drive market coverage, share best practices and ensure all active institutional investor groups, including foreign investors, are thoroughly covered. The team’s extensive knowledge of capital flows and transaction expertise are equally effective on single asset, local market assignment and sophisticated, multi-location portfolio.

Together with his partner, Matthew Henrichs, Brad has successfully completed 180+ retail investment sale transactions, totaling over $2.5 billion in value for clients in 12 different western U.S. states. Their transactions have included the sale of Unanchored Strip Centers, Grocery Anchored Centers, Single Tenant Net Lease, Regional Power Centers and REO properties.

Prior to joining CBRE in 2006, Brad began his career at Marcus & Millichap in 2000, representing owners of retail investment properties both in Colorado and other markets across the United States.
