Brandi Tyler is an Associate Director with CBRE, Inc. and has worked in the commercial real estate industry for over 16 years. Brandi joined CBRE in 1998 and has experience managing all commercial product types, including Class A high-rise, mid-rise, industrial, retail and single-user occupied buildings.
Brandi oversees the Florida Operations Management for the INVESCO Realty portfolio. In addition, she oversees the management of an office property on Las Olas Boulevard in Broward County and a retail building on Lincoln Road in Miami-Dade County. Brandi also provides asset management advisory services for a research park in Palm Beach County. Brandi provides day-to-day management and operations oversight at these buildings, overseeing the investment interests of the building owners and ensuring daily tenant satisfaction.
Brandi also assists the Director of Asset Services responsible for Broward County with property transitions, client relations, compliance with CBRE’s Global Standards, and CBRE’s Environments for Excellence and Basic Service Delivery Platform, and interfaces and supports the Real Estate Managers with oversight of the overall leasing effort as it relates to the asset management strategy.
Brandi was selected as the CBRE Real Estate Manager of the Year in 2007 and Team Leader of the Year in 2009, and currently represents Florida in CBRE’s national Green Knight program. She also co-chairs the national CBRE Energy Supply committee. She taught the BOMA BEEP track in 2008 and 2009, and is well-versed in the Energy Star program. In 2011, Brandi submitted an office property for LEED Certification and was instrumental in the development and implementation of all low and no-cost solutions to submit the property for LEED-EBOM Certification without any major capital expenditure.
