With more than 15 years of real estate experience, Brandon Isner joined CBRE’s Cleveland office in 2013 as a Research Coordinator for the Cleveland and Akron offices. He is responsible for coordinating, planning and executing research projects providing support to approximately 50 real estate professionals.
Specifically, he focuses on the Northeast Ohio office, industrial and retail markets. His current responsibilities include database management; quarterly market analysis and reporting; project coordination; guidance on research tools and resources; and other research support activities as needed.
In addition, Brandon co-authored the CBRE National Report: “Resurgence in Secondary Markets.” As urbanization and revitalization continue to reshape many markets across the U.S., particularly in the Midwest, there is a surge of mixed-use urban development and a population shift away from the suburbs toward downtown areas. Brandon also developed the Legacy Cities study that has been presented throughout Northeast Ohio, including a presentation on behalf of the Downtown Cleveland Alliance which was helpful in supporting the reauthorization of its Special Improvement District (SID) fund.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Isner worked with Forest City Residential Management in leasing and property management. Previously, he was associated with several residential brokerages in New York City including Manhattan Apartments, Inc. and Bond New York Real Estate.
