Brian Lorenz is a Lead DSF Analyst with CBRE Debt and Structured Finance in Pittsburgh where he has been an active member of the Commercial Real Estate Community since 2011. Since joining CBRE in 2012, Brian has assisted in the underwriting and placement of over $1 Billion in Debt Capital of commercial real estate transactions. He has expertise in financial and market analyses, deal marketing and placement and transaction due diligence.

Mr. Lorenz specializes in the underwriting, diligence and closing of agency financing for sources, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and HUD. He also gathers complex data on local, regional, and national commercial real estate markets by researching a variety of sources including, but not limited to industry, regulatory and economic information, financial periodicals and newspapers, mortgage and lease documents, demographic data, property information and company records.
