Brian oversees the daily operations of Facilities for Group Health Cooperative’s 3M square feet of office, data center, and healthcare properties in Washington State. His team provides all CBRE FM services including: Facilities Management, Call Center, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, EHS, Energy and Sustainability, Security and Engineering.
As Director of FM and Operations, Brian leads a team of more than 110 multi-discipline professionals who keep Group Health’s facilities safe, running efficiently and in compliance with Healthcare rules and regulations.
Brian’s Real Estate, Lease Administration, Property Management, and Facilities Management experience spans over 16+ years. Prior to joining CBRE, he spent more than 10 years with Grubb & Ellis in various FM roles and before that, he provided Lease Administration support for Microsoft while with the Trammell Crow Company.
Leading to his career in the commercial real estate industry, Brian also enjoyed success in the parking industry. He has a Bachelor’s of Science in Industrial Psychology with a Minor in Business from San Diego State University.
