Brooke Huber is the Sales Manager for the Pittsburgh office. Brooke oversees brokerage activity of over 40 sales professionals who provide commercial real estate services in leasing, investment sales and debt financing across Pittsburgh and West Virginia. Her responsibilities include strategic planning, client relationship management, prospect identification, performance management, and revenue forecasting.
Prior to her current role, Brooke was the Research Analyst in Pittsburgh where she was responsible for building market intelligence, enhancing resources, tracking local and national activity, and producing quarterly market reports. Brooke also worked in the Global Corporate Services group on the West Penn Allegheny Health System (“WPAHS”) account and provided Transaction Management support for WPAHS’ real estate portfolio, located in southwestern Pennsylvania.
