Brooke Koch is an Associate Project Manager in the Baltimore, Maryland office. In this role, Brooke works with the local Project Management and Business Transition & Move Management teams to provide world-class service to clients, with a focus on supporting the daily project coordination activities for the groups, managing vendor relations and providing on-site move supervision.
In her former role as Office Services Supervisor, Brooke was in charge of implementing Workplace 360 initiatives, strengthening regional collaboration between all lines of business, and development of administrative and onboarding processes.
Brooke has more than 12 years’ experience working in the real estate industry. Prior to joining CBRE as a Client Services Coordinator in June 2010, she was a Senior Research Analyst for CoStar Group, Inc.
