Bruce has over 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and is one of the founders of the Industrial Properties Group. In addition to over 100 million in sales and over 1 million sq. ft. leased, Bruce has other specialties including subdivisions, rezoning, land assemblies, financing and reconstruction.

 

Achievements

 

  • Bruce assembled four properties (8.42 acres, $17,849,000) for the expansion and relocation of the Richmond IKEA;
  • Arranged the 700,000 sq. ft. Canada Post parcel post facility at YVR in 2014;  
  • Coordinated 2 build-to-suit facilities for Purolator (106,000 sq. ft. in Richmond and 76,000 sq. ft. in Surrey);
  • Bruce has consistently been a top producer, and is recognized as the leading broker in the Richmond industrial market; 
  • In the last 24 months Bruce has sold over $71,000,000 and leased over 750,000 sq. ft. representing Purolator Courier, London Drugs, Federal Express and Canada Post.
