Professional Experience
Bryan specializes in industrial leasing and sales throughout the Triangle, handling all aspects of tenant/buyer and landlord/seller process.
Bryan has worked with a wide range of third-party logistics companies, manufacturing companies, distribution companies and numerous other industrial organizations to help achieve their facility objectives. He has handled over $200 million in lease and sale transactions to date.
Bryan's experience includes over fourteen years with Avison Young, formerly Grubb & Ellis | Thomas Linderman Graham, where he was a principal and leader of the industrial services team. He has also worked for The Lundy Group as a tenant representation broker for office, retail and industrial products and with BPG Properties where he specialized in marketing their flex and warehouse portfolios.
