​Professional Experience

Brad joined CBRE in June of 2013 as the Director of Project Management for the Cisco Systems account. His focus is on new and existing improvement projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. The portfolio includes over 50 buildings and 8 million square feet including Cisco’s global headquarters.

Brad leads a team of 30 project management professionals handling projects with various levels of complexity. Cisco’s San Jose campus is going through an intense period of growth and change generating dozes of high profile projects. Projects Brad and his team manage and implement include: a $100+ million dollar campus plan initiative, a $5.6M lab upgrade program, move management and expense construction projects.

Prior to joining CBRE, Brad was a Regional Vice President at JP Morgan Chase, managing the retail development program in the San Francisco Bay Area market. Brad has been a part of the ever-changing commercial / retail development world for over the past 30 years working with clients such as Shea Properties, Ross Dress for Less, Zales Jewelers and Michaels Arts & Crafts.

Brad’s primary driving management emphasis is “treat your partner as you would want to be treated”. He believes that being proactive in every possible way will show solid returns.
