Carmen M. Robreno joined CBRE, Inc. in February 2004. She serves as a liaison with outside brokers and clients, coordinates presentation materials, develops proposals and implements all marketing efforts - i.e. surveys, presentations and web-based bios/resumes.
Carmen provides administrative support to three brokers, a Vice Chairman, an Executive Vice President and a First Vice President. Her responsibilities include arranging meetings, processing expense reports, generating letters, memoranda and forms of a complex and confidential nature as well as researching, compiling, computing; and verifying information for real estate contracts, surveys/reports and lease proposals.
Additionally, Ms. Robreno is a web publisher, for the New York offices.
Prior to joining CBRE, Carmen worked as an Administrative Assistant for the Lee County Courthouse in Florida. She was also a Project Coordinator/Scheduler while working for HBO in the International Department. Prior to her position at HBO, Carmen's responsibilities and roles included coordinating meetings for attorneys' clients, typing & setting up appointments. As part of Carmen's HBO responsibilities, she scheduled movies for international launches of HBO which included going overseas to start-up HBO in Romania, expense reports and travel arrangements for the EVP of Eastern & Central Europe. Carmen also worked as an Executive Assistant for Bristol-Myers Squibb in the International Department and Clairol, Inc. (a subsidiary of Bristol-Myers Squibb), in the Market Reserach Department. Carmen's responsibilities included coordinating meetings, typing market research reports, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements and expense reports for the EVP of International and three market research managers.
