In September 2018, CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE: CBRE) acquired CB Richard Ellis-N.E. Partners, L.P. (CBRE/New England), a long-standing joint venture with Whittier Partners Group and the leading full-service commercial real estate services operation in New England.
Caroline rejoined CBRE/New England in June 2013 and currently serves as a Transaction Manager on the New England-based Global Workplace Solutions team. Caroline assists the team in a variety of capacities on several strategic corporate accounts, including managing lease acquisitions, renewals and sale dispositions throughout the U.S. In addition, Caroline provides valuable coordination and development of financial analyses and account-level reporting.
Prior to joining CBRE/NE, Caroline was an Analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle on their Corporate Solutions team, servicing their adidas Group account. In this role, Caroline actively assisted in the management and execution of transactions in North America, while advising CRE executives with real estate strategy and financial analysis. Caroline began her career with CBRE/NE as an assistant on the Downtown Brokerage group, and later as a Tenant Coordinator for an 800,000 square foot, Class A Boston office tower. In the Tenant Coordinator role, she assisted in managing all aspects of the property including marketing, operations and financial activities, while providing superior service to tenants and property ownership.
