Professional Experience
Carolyn has been with CBRE, Inc. since 2005 as the head of research for the Puget Sound region, managing the output of the region’s quarterly market updates and regional forecasts. A frequent presenter at the Appraisal Institute and the Risk Management Association, Carolyn’s economics background and 20 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate give her a keen insight into emerging market trends. Previously, she was with Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Associate in the research department starting in 1998. She is a Seattle native, and has worked in the commercial real estate industry since graduation from Scripps College in Claremont, California with a BA in Economics. She was formerly with Marcus & Millichap and U.S. Bank of Washington.
