Professional Experience
Carrie Griffiths is the Managing Director of Project Management in the Seattle Local Market. A seasoned industry veteran with 25 years of experience in design and construction, she provides oversight to projects in the Pacific Northwest.
Ms. Griffiths’ demonstrated ability to maintain client goals, expectations, and budget ensures projects remain on track through the entire process. Her background with diverse clients such as financial institutions, law firms, technology firms, non-profit and corporate services providers has given her a unique ability to customize and coordinate projects and teams to meet the specific goals of every client. Carrie has led several Multi-Market client portfolios, most of which transition to a dedicated Single Point of Contact (SPOC) project management resource model.
Ms. Griffiths previously led the Occupier Services team for CBRE Project Management in Chicago. Having begun her career as a registered interior designer, she spent time at Chicago-based interior design and architecture firms with both local and national clients. With hands-on knowledge of the design and construction process paired with her strong financial and scheduling skills, Ms. Griffiths’ overall experience as an interior designer, project manager and operations director directly enhances her ability to effectively understand and lead the Project Management business in the Pacific Northwest.
