Business Services Manager - The Cleveland Clinic
As Business Services Manager, Catherine is responsible for all day-to-day office operations, client reimbursable and non-reimbursable accounts payable, local HR functions including, new employee onboarding and orientation and the accounts fleet of 19 vehicles.
Catherine also manages a staff of two who are responsible for the purchase order requisition process through the Cleveland Clinic’s Lawson accounting system and the monthly payroll invoicing to the client.
Due to her outstanding contributions to the client and CBRE, Catherine was honored with the Ambassador Award in 2010.
Before joining CBRE as part of the Trammel Crow acquisition, Catherine was an Executive Assistant to the Facilities Director with Clinic Care, a subsidiary of Cleveland Clinic. Her tenure with Cleveland Clinic began in 1996 and covered the period of that organization’s extreme growth of both building acquisitions and new construction.
Prior to her work in the field of facilities management, Catherine’s previous roles were in the mortgage banking industry including mortgage brokerage and real estate title and escrow.
