Chad Doellinger is Deputy General Counsel, Global Litigation—a key leadership role within CBRE’s Legal team. Chad is responsible for managing the company’s docket of litigation and pre-litigation matters around the world, which includes assessing risk and opportunity, developing proactive strategies and ensuring quality in our litigation process and procedures.
Chad has nearly 20 years of experience tackling large, complex litigation matters ranging from intellectual property to employment, class action, contract and securities. He also actively counseled clients on a wide array of global business issues.
During his career, Chad served as in-house counsel for Walmart Inc. and in private practice, where he represented numerous Fortune 200 companies including Ford, Simon Property, Nike, CITGO, Kimberly-Clark and McDonald’s. Chad was the head of all commercial and class action litigation at Walmart before relocating from Bentonville, Arkansas, to Chicago, where he was a Partner of Greenberg Traurig, L.L.P. until joining CBRE.
Chad is a member of the State Bars of Texas, Illinois and Arkansas.
