Professional Experience


With over 10 years of real estate experience, Chais Lowell is a member of the Seattle capital markets team in Seattle. Chais has represented both owners and buyers of institutional properties. Chais’s transaction experience includes dispositions, acquisitions, development, corporate advisory, joint venture structures, and asset valuation. He is responsible for property valuations, customized analytics, due diligence support, property level underwriting, and creation of investment offering materials. Prior to joining CBRE in 2017, Chais spent five years with Talon Private Capital where he successfully repositioned and disposed of a 25-building, 2.7 million square foot, office portfolio with a total consideration exceeding $800 million.
