Professional Experience

Charles Berger joined CBRE’s New Jersey Investment Properties group in 2006, and has quickly become the top performing member having already been involved with transactions in excess of $1 billion. Mr. Berger specializes in advising real estate investors in the acquisition and disposition of multi-family, retail, office, industrial and development properties. Mr. Berger continues to build his base of long-term clients who turn to him for on-going real estate advice and successful sales results which is a testament to his dedication to service.

Mr. Berger is following in the successful footsteps of his father, Al Berger, who managed the New Jersey and Pennsylvania brokerage operations of Helmsley-Spear commercial real estate.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Berger worked in the finance industry with JPMorgan Chase and was then involved with a $5 billion hedge fund.
