Manuel is an accomplished real estate professional with over 20 years of experience. Most recently, he worked as a principal buyer at a boutique real estate investment company where he was responsible for over $50 million in total acquisitions in the south Florida market. During that time, Mr. Manuel was also responsible for the leasing, management and eventual disposition of all assets, generating value in excess of $30 million.
