As Senior Director, Cheri leads the US Platform and Programs team. In conjunction with operations leadership, the team is focused on identifying, defining, driving and leading operational initiatives that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of CBRE’s 100 field offices across the country. Design and implementation, as well as identifying gaps and needs relative to process improvement, new technology, tools and resources to support operations are key project drivers in elevating the performance of the US offices. The team manages the planning, organization and execution of projects originating from our senior leadership teams and shared services departments. Projects range in size and scope and provide opportunities to share knowledge, develop our people, produce knowledge capital and elevate service delivery. Implementing change management strategies and plans, the team works to drive adoption, utilization and proficiency of new initiatives and process improvements.
Cheri also leads integration planning and implementation for the US Mergers & Acquisitions strike team. She provides leadership and facilitation of operational activities to affect successful integrations of newly acquired companies. She has led the integration efforts for 14 M&A transactions in an 18-month period.
Cheri joined CBRE in 1997. As the Sr. Office Operations Manager for 15 years, she has extensive experience in office operations, project and administrative management and strategic planning. In 2012, she joined CBRE’s Program Management team and was involved in two global projects. The first project focused on developing a new global commission management system and the second project focused on the EMEA roll-out of CBRE’s platform financial system. On the EMEA team, she was involved in change management and training and development.
