Chris Bone is Senior Managing Director, Project Management for the South-Central and Latin America regions. Chris has more than 25 years of experience in commercial and corporate real estate and has overseen the implementation of CBRE’s industry-leading Workplace360 initiative.
During Chris’ tenure with CBRE, he has been an instrumental leader in driving exceptional outcomes in our Project Management, Corporate Real Estate and Global Workplace Solutions organizations. Most notably, he led the global implementation of CBRE’s workplace strategy, Workplace360, to its Global Corporate Real Estate portfolio. As the leader of Project Management for the South-Central and LATAM regions, his team of over 300 project managers oversees over $2 billion annually for our clients. Prior to these roles, Chris was responsible for the execution of CBRE’s Transaction Management for Bank of America within a seven-state area. His focus was always in championing the delivery of best-in-class service for the client while achieving exemplary financial and qualitative results. He completed over 300 transactions on the account valued at over $250 million.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2008, Mr. Bone led the retail development efforts for FedEx Kinko’s in the Southwestern US. His duties included the oversight and management of the transaction, design, and construction teams to successfully open more than 60 stores. Under his leadership, the Southwest region consistently exceeded its financial and quality benchmarks.
During his 8 years at AT&T, Chris oversaw the purchase, leasing and disposition of AT&T’s real estate in North Texas. His portfolio included over 12 million square feet of both owned and leased properties and an annual lease budget of $27 million.
Mr. Bone’s 25 year real estate career also includes retail asset management and leasing. His extensive knowledge of the varying types of market transactions and project execution allows outstanding execution based on his clients’ goals. His management of outsourced service providers at FedEx Kinko’s and AT&T provides Mr. Bone with a unique skill set, allowing him to anticipate client needs and deliver superior service and results.
