Professional Experience

Chris Cowles joined CBRE in 2014 and is currently an industrial landlord and tenant leasing specialist serving south King, Pierce and Thurston counties. Prior to this role, Chris worked as the research coordinator for the Puget Sound region, focusing his expertise on the industrial marketplace, where he analyzed over 15 million sq. ft. of industrial leases and over $1.2 billion of industrial investment sales. His unique perspective and in-depth knowledge of Puget Sound industrial market activity allow him to identify all aspects of occupancy costs and help align his clients’ business goals with their real estate decisions.  
 
Before joining CBRE, Chris spent over four years with Moss Adams as a Shared Services Supervisor, where he managed a team of internal accountants. He moved to Seattle from Leavenworth, WA in 1998 to attend the University of Washington and has been proud to call the Puget Sound home ever since.
