Chief Operating Officer
Chris Kirk serves as CBRE’s Chief Operating Officer. In this role he shares responsibility with CBRE CEO Bob Sulentic for driving excellence across the entire company and has dotted-line operational oversight of the company’s three business segments. Mr. Kirk also has executive responsibility for the Advisory Services businesses in EMEA and APAC, and the Project Management business within Global Workplace Solutions. He also directly oversees the Supply Chain/Procurement, Corporate Communications, Corporate Real Estate functions and coordinates the delivery of client-facing Sustainability services across the company. He serves on the company’s Executive Committee.
Earlier, he served as Chief Executive Talent and Administrative Officer, and before that, Global Director of Human Resources.
Mr. Kirk joined CBRE with the acquisition of Trammell Crow Company in 2006. He held several senior management positions at Trammell Crow Company, including Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel, and oversaw asset management, legal/risk, human resources and corporate communications and marketing.
Prior to joining Trammell Crow Company in 2001, Mr. Kirk was a partner in the Dallas office of Vinson & Elkins, where he was a corporate finance, securities and M&A lawyer.
