Christopher Schempp is the Managing Director of Project Management at CBRE’s Las Vegas and Reno, Nevada; Portland, Oregon; Salt Lake City, Utah and Sacramento, Roseville and Fresno, California. Mr. Schempp is responsible for directing all Project Management services for Property Management, Advisory & Transaction Services and Global Workplace Solutions clients.
Mr. Schempp has over 25 years experience overseeing tenant improvements, corporate relocations, new construction, building expansions and renovations, and historic restorations. He represents owners and occupiers in corporate office, industrial, retail, healthcare, education, museums and critical facilities.
Currently, Mr. Schempp oversees Project Management services supporting Advisory & Transaction Services, Property Management and Global Workplace Solutions clients. He oversees a team of Project Managers to ensure project requirements are identified, expectations are established and managed, and best practices are utilized to limit risk.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Schempp was Director of Project Management for Colliers International. His responsibilities included supporting Brokerage and Real Estate Management Services for various building and tenant improvements. Prior to ColIiers, Mr. Schempp was a Senior Project Manager for Zubatkin’s Owner Representation, where he was responsible for campus master plans, new buildings, building expansions and tenant improvements. Before this, Mr. Schempp was a Project Manager for the New York City School Construction Authority, where he was responsible for new schools, additions, exterior restorations and building improvements.
