Chris Stelling is a Vice President with the Advisory & Transaction Services | Occupier Team in Atlanta. With more than ten years of real estate and finance experience, Mr. Stelling combines his diverse background and extensive knowledge with a customer-centered approach to business. He partners with clients locally, nationally, and internationally to develop comprehensive real estate solutions that align with their business goals and objectives. Since joining CBRE in 2013, Mr. Stelling has successfully negotiated over 100 transactions, totaling in excess of 650,000 rentable sq. ft., with an aggregate value of more than $75 million. He has been consistently recognized by Atlanta’s Commercial Board of Realtors as part of the Million Dollar Club.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Stelling worked at Genuine Parts Company, where he served as a financial business analyst and team lead. Before his time at Genuine Parts Company, he was an Associate at Williams Realty Advisors, where he was responsible for analyzing investment and disposition opportunities for two $100 million real estate development funds and managing the funds’ assets.
