Christine Dalida serves as the Client Services Specialist of the prominent team of Rob Waller and Patrick Amos in CBRE’s Beverly Hills office. As an integral member of the team, Christine provides essential roles, such as, managing transactions, preparing and creating marketing materials, handling market research, as well as handling all aspects of the due diligence process for the Advisory & Transaction Services team that has completed transactions valued in excess of $2.25 billion over the past three years. While the team focuses on creative, entertainment, new-media and studio related leasing and sales in the Greater Los Angeles region, it also handles several multi-market accounts and in the past three years has completed transactions both domestically and internationally totaling over 5.5 million square feet on behalf of landlords, tenants and investors.
With CBRE for over twelve years, Christine was recruited to work for the team in 2011. Prior to relocating to CBRE’s Beverly Hills office, Christine was based out of CBRE’s Newport Beach Office where from 2004-2007 she worked in CBRE’s Global Corporate Services division primarily handling the disposition of excess real estate for Fortune 500 companies nationally. From 2007-2011, Christine was a valued member of the Gregg Haly and Jeff Carr team where she specialized in sales and leasing of industrial and office properties in the South Orange County region.
Before joining CBRE, Ms. Dalida supported managed care operations for Catholic Healthcare West in Long Beach, California.
Outside of work, Christine is a member of the American Cancer Society chapter in Ventura County.
