Professional Experience
Mr. Koch has over 28 years of commercial real estate experience focusing primarily on landlord representation for institutional ownership. As leasing manager for Foster Plaza, a one million square foot Class A office park, Mr. Koch has consistently maintained occupancy levels above competitive market sets.
In recent years, Mr. Koch has closed over 160 lease transactions encompassing more than 1.3 million square feet of expansions, renewals and new leases. In addition to Foster Plaza, he has been responsible for marketing several high profile buildings such as, 4350 Northern Pike, Chatham Center, The Koppers Building, Centre City Tower, 5700 Corporate Drive and 30 North Third in Downtown Harrisburg. Tenant representation clients have included companies such as Allegent Federal Credit Union, Electronic Data Systems, Omnicare, Cipheroptics, Clark and Chamberlin.
Mr. Koch has extensive experience in representing institutional ownership, giving him keen insight regarding the marketing of assets and increasing long term value.
