Chuck has extensive experience as a specialist in the field of commercial land real estate. His specialty includes acquisition, disposition, assemblage, development, entitlements and evaluation. He has experience in all sectors including single family residential, apartments, industrial, office, retail, mixed use and investment. Representing both sellers and buyers, Chuck has negotiated the sale of millions of dollars of commercial land throughout the entire Kansas City Metropolitan area and beyond.
Prior to joining CBRE, Chuck served as Vice President of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker’s Land Services Group. He was tasked with developing a ground-up land division resulting in tremendous success. Chuck began his commercial real estate career serving as Vice President of Sales at The Land Source. He was instrumental in the explosive growth of this small boutique land firm that doubled in size during his tenure.
