A fourth generation San Franciscan, Conor specializes in the leasing of office space in San Francisco. Conor has developed strong relationships with both owners and tenants in the marketplace, with his reach of knowledge extending citywide, from high rise Class A towers to brick and timber creative spaces in SOMA. Conor is well known for his years of partnering with emerging companies, offering insights into strategic planning, transaction execution, financial analysis and property disposition.
