Professional Experience

 

Curtis joined CBRE in 2007, after completing his Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction, Major in Finance, at the University of Alberta. As a member of the National Investment Team in Edmonton, Curtis is involved in investment sales with a focus on industrial properties and sale leaseback transactions. As a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), he is responsible for overseeing the financial analysis conducted by the team and contributes to the underwriting and marketing processes.

Curtis has been involved in the sale of over $2 Billion of investment properties in the Edmonton and northern Alberta markets. His experience in the sale of investment portfolios includes retail, industrial and office product. He has also worked with the sale of investment and development land in various municipalities.
