Professional Experience
Cynthia manages CBRE Group Health Account Operations in the areas of Critical Performance Indicators, business operations and strategic initiatives. She is an active member of the Account leadership Team contributing to the team’s business plan development, employee morale and coordination functions. Cynthia also leads the Employee Recognition Program and is co-chair of the CBRE Group Health Foundation Committee which raises funds for the clients Child Immunization Initiative.
As the Account Operations manager for the Group Health Account, Cynthia manages all account communications, executive level reporting, branding, account committees, account based surveys and supports all lines of business in reporting, communications and client document production as needed.
Cynthia has more than 15 years of corporate services experience in communication, project management, research, training, office management and business development. She has worked in various parts of the CBRE organization including Client Accounting, Microsoft and MultiCare accounts. Prior to joining CBRE, Cynthia worked for DirecTV as Senior Investigative Analyst in their legal department at their headquarters location in Southern California. She was intricately involved in the start-up and growth of the End User department in areas of: process development, training, technology and daily operations.
