Professional Experience

 

Dane M. Locke joined CBRE Limited in September 2004. Over the years, Dane has become an integral member of the elite Edmonton Industrial Team, a team that has been involved in some of the largest industrial transactions in greater Edmonton. However, the diverse skill set of the team provides the ability to complete transactions ranging from a 1,000 sq. ft. lease to a $35,000,000 sale.

Dane has been directly involved in industrial sale and lease transactions for over 10 years and has enjoyed some great successes. He has been involved with purchases, dispositions, tenant representations and landlord representations. Dane is most active in small – mid bay industrial leasing and various building and land sale assignments. He prides himself on being an individual full of integrity, professionalism, hard-work and creativity, values that the entire Industrial Team possesses. These values help to provide him the skill set to not only complete real estate transactions but maintain long-term business relationships and receive referrals from clients.
