David has represented several local and national tenants with their office requirements. Recently, David represented IBM with their Eastside leasing needs. Using creative thinking, thorough market knowledge and detailed understanding of IBM’s goals, David successfully renewed IBM in approximately 32,000 square feet at Carillon Point. Unique office needs, lab requirements, term flexibility, market research, leverage and improvement costs are some of the key points David has execelled at addressing.
David has represented several corporate owners with their commercial real estate in the greater Seattle Area.
