David Disman is a Senior Project Manager for CBRE’s Southern California Edison account within Global Workplace Solutions. David brings over 17 years of professional experience in the Architectural, Engineering, Construction and Real Estate industries to the CBRE team. A graduate of New York University and a CA licensed architect, David is an accomplished project manager with a keen eye for design and quality of construction. His broad experience enables him to work with a diverse clientele and find innovative solutions. David employs a data driven decision making process to achieve successful execution of strategy.
Currently, David leads the Strategic Planning Group on the Southern California Edison Account and is responsible for developing and managing the account’s project pipeline and strategic initiatives.
During his role as Strategic Planning Leader, David has also led the Project Management service line as the Interim Director of Project Management. In this capacity he was responsible for the execution of a $130M annual capital project portfolio and over 500 individual projects for the Commercial Real Estate Group across 1400 Southern California locations. Prior to this, David managed the delivery of large capital construction projects with valuations over $5M.
Prior to joining CBRE, David served as a Senior Project Manager with Little Architects managing their west coast financial services clients including Bank of America and Wescom Credit Union. In this role David was the primary point of contact responsible for customer satisfaction. There he provided guidance and direction to staff and managed all project types including ADA, tenant improvement and ground up projects from programing through construction phases. David’s vast experience and passion for success helped him to advise clients seeking to complete projects that exceeded their goals and remained cost effective.
Prior to that, David served as Project Manager with Tait & Associates working with many national retail clients including Walmart, CVS, Albertsons, and Family Dollar. While there David managed in excess of 1.5 million dollars in revenue and was integral to developing a client account from one initial project into multiple programs and revenue streams. To do this David implemented budget and schedule tracking initiatives that pushed multiple fast paced projects to meet milestone dates and come in under budget.
