With 30 years of experience in corporate services, development, leasing and investment sales, David enjoys a unique perspective that has enabled him to negotiate effectively in his clients' best interest. His particular areas of specialty include strategy development, tatical planning, project team coordination, acquisitions and dispositions, and lease/contract negotiations. David is committed to creating a partnership with his clients and investing time in order to understand their business and real estate needs.
Since joining CBRE in 1986, David has successfully completed some 1,500 transactions. Over the past five years alone, David has been involved in 8,000,000 square feet of lease and sale activity and consistently been recognized as one of CBRE's leading professionals nationally.
