Debra Chavez joined CBRE in March of 2007 as a Real Estate Manager. She has over 28 years of commercial real estate experience. Debra has worked with third party management companies and developers to give her a wealth of knowledge and extensive expertise in budget preparation and administration, staffing and reporting, tenant relations and tenant retention programs and project management. In addition Debra has established excellent rapport with building owners and tenants within the Albuquerque Commercial Real Estate community.
Debra is currently responsible for a diverse portfolio which includes retail, industrial and office properties in excess of 705,000 square feet. Not only is she responsible for the day-to-day operations and administration of the properties, but she has also created strategies for effective, innovative solutions to consistently exceed building owners’ management objectives. Prior to joining CBRE, Debra held property management positions with national real estate asset management firms in multi-housing.
