Professional Experience
Denise Held serves as a Real Estate Manger in the Asset Services department in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Ms. Held has more than 13 years of experience and is currently responsible for managing a commercial real estate portfolio of over 600,000 square feet of suburban and medical office and retail assets throughout Southeast Wisconsin. The portfolio includes management of the Woodland Prime office park, an Outstanding Building of the Year award winner (TOBY award) in the category of Suburban Low Rise Office Park, by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Wisconsin.
Previously, she spent seven years managing The Milwaukee Center, a 524,000 square foot Class A mixed-use complex including an office tower, Galleria and central plant. She worked on financial analysis, budgeting, vendor contracts, accounts payable, and tenant relations.
Ms. Held began her career by with CBRE Minneapolis as an assistant for the real estate managers and director, completing administrative functions, as well as vendor and tenant relations. She then progressed to a real estate manager after moving to join the CBRE Milwaukee office.
