As an Executive Vice President of CBRE|MEGA, David focuses on the industrial and commercial real estate markets. He has been involved in the commercial real estate industry since 1981 when he began his career in Dallas, Texas as the Vice President of Harry B. Lucas Company.
Prior to joining CBRE|MEGA, David was President of Maenner Real Estate Company until July, 1999 when Maenner Real Estate Company merged with The Mega Corporation (now CBRE|MEGA). Over the past 30 years, he has been responsible for the sale and leasing of major industrial properties within a 150-mile radius of the Omaha area.
David has been awarded assignments ranging in size from hundreds of thousands of square feet to general purpose facility transactions as small as 10,000 square feet. His success with industrial facility transactions of all sizes assisted David in earning the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation in 2000. David is a member of CBRE|MEGA’s President’s and Chairman’s clubs and is also a shareholder of the company.
