Doug Wolf is Director, Project Management in the company's San Jose office with support to all of the Bay Area offices. Mr. Wolf can provide expertise in all facets of the project management and development management process from inception to completion.
Most recently, Mr. Wolf was a Director of Development on the Google account. There he oversaw the master plan and development efforts for Google’s new commercial office, amenity space and district infrastructure systems in Mountain View, CA.
With more than 29 years of experience in real estate development and project/construction management, Mr. Wolf has successfully managed and directed tenant improvement and development projects in excess of $3 billion in total project costs. His expertise includes all phases of the development and construction process, including strategic planning, site selection, entitlements and project management. His additional skills encompass facility due diligence studies, design and construction contract negotiations and administration.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Wolf has represented multiple clients in the US, Canada & Latin America. Clients include Cisco, PG&E, Wachovia, Foley & Lardner, the Coca-Cola Company, Sun MicroSystems, Apple and the Walt Disney Company. Mr. Wolf has the unique experience of having worked as an architect, general contractor, owner and owner’s representative. He understands the requirements, challenges and deliverables for each position.
Doug earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture from Penn State University and his Masters in Business Finance from Golden Gate University.
