Professional Experience

 

Duncan MacLean joined CBRE in September of 2005 and has been a member of the National Investment Team ("NIT") for the past 11 years. For the first 5 years with the National Investment Team, Duncan was responsible for the valuation and underwriting of assets and has since moved to marketing and negotiation. He has direct contact with private, public and institutional investors across North America in order to promote NIT – Calgary’s listings. Since joining NIT-Calgary, Duncan has been involved in over $6.0 Billion of closed sale transactions.

Duncan attended the University of Calgary achieving a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a concentration in Applied Energy.
